    Barsby should be higher then sands they've played no one with any talent except windsor who manhandelled them. barsby have played games aginast tought oppents and killed supposubly good ones (42-6 over hugh boyd)

    playoffs are here and you guys are still pulling this shit about recruiting and cheating, hell it does seem damn evident that you guys are doubtful and afraid of this sands team. on on hand you guys say they suck and then you say they cheated and it wont matter if they won.. wow lol
    Barsby won't beat Sands, they can't beat Sands.. Sands has more talent and one of the best coaches in all of BC so yeah, no Barsby, no.. lol

    The reason why Sands would be ranked higher is they did not lose to LT by 30 points. I will admit Barsby's victory over Boyd was impressive, however Boyd is not that good. Regardless of your opinions, it will be interesting to see how the rankings go. I do think Barsby should be ranked higher than Mount Doug in the overall rankings.

    central over pinetree is bullshit, pinetree always beats central no matter how shitty they are in that year. take last year for instance. pinetree was getting beatin by alot of teams and when they played central you wouldve thought they were gana go far in the playoffs. central over pinetree is bullshit.

    It is very interesting to me that the majority of new teams as well as older teams that have recently dropped down to double a from triple a for whatever reasons seem to have players or supporters that for some reason feel that they are hot poop and the group. These same persons for reasons that behouve me also appear to take little time to stimulate the hydrofoam prior to beaking off.....NOTHING compensates for experience but HARD WORK and more experience....My advise to all you new players to double a is to open your mind and ears,close the fair sized orfice below your nose and listen to your coaches. you are already half way there cause your good teams..see if your smart enough to travel the other 50 percent of the journey to the top of the mountain . good luck to all teams participating in the playoffs

    Well, based on results I can see how Barsby was put ahead of Sands. Against common opponents, Barsby scored a few more points. Does it mean they are better? You can't tell at the moment, because you do not know the circumstances of these games, ie. when each team started playing their bench, injuries, etc.

    Putting Ballenas and Mount Doug ahead of Sands, well, that might be pushing it. There appears to be a bit on an island bias in the selection committee (Nanaimo made it, although at #16).

    But it looks like Sands and Barsby will meet in the second round. Smack talk on the discussion forum will likely reach an all time high prior to the game.

    Ballenas and Mount doug have shown more of what they can do then sands has. Sands have played no one exzcept Windsor and sands showed that they are a first year team when it really mattered, I think sands players should stop crying becasue they are excatly where they deserve. Also sentinel is out due to not paying reigstration.

    As with any ranking system (it is seen with the BCS every year), there are always a few teams that are left unhappy. However, unlike with the BCS, there is now a playoff tree so in the end the seeding will not matter.

    Let's be honest here, it is Windsor's title to lose. They have an absolute stud at runningback and and probably the best offensive line. They do nothing tricky, just execute.

    Taking a look at the top 10 seeds, Sands is the only team that has played Windsor. Something to keep in mind for teams seeded above Sands.

    So for John Barsby, Ballenas, and Mount Doug: I would not feel too high and mighty about being seeded above Sands, Windsor can make anyone look bad.

    this just makes things more interesting..obviously there was some island bias put into this selection..but..all in all it reallly doesnt mattter...u play good,u win,u play bad,u lose..i cant not wait to see sands play barsby then sands play LT..should be a freakin sweet playoffs
