Final Score 37-19 for Carson. My gut feeling should be verified later this week with Carson's good showing here, will probably still have to face one of the Top 4 in the first round. With the way they are playing right now, they could upset one of the Top 4 (especially if it's STM or Notre Dame). As for VC, safe bet that they will be in Semis, of course they are expected to go all the way, so we'll see. Good to see that they were still able to score plenty against a good Defense.


My gut feeling is that the "selection committee" will go with 5 teams from the West, so Carson should sneak in to the playoffs. Still, they want to do well here as they will face one of the big 4 in their first round matchup. The Defense has been there, just haven't been able to move the ball consistently on offense. VC is getting ready for playoffs here, if the score is out of hand early, expect Tapia and the rest of the starters to come out and rest up.
