Valleyview Vikings Frank Hurt Hornets
Sat, Sep. 10 at 1:00P, Frank Hurt, Surrey
The Fanatic spread line:
Valleyview+14 at FH-14 O/U 42
Final Score 14-7 for FH. I guess the -7 would've been perfect, O/U was way off. Hurt should move up a little after this. Valleyview is solid enough for first game, good test for upcoming games.
Frank Hurt looking to put the "Hurt" onto Valleyview. FH won easily over Seaquam but Valleyview should be a little tougher test.

I think you're right on this one, I'm thinking a 7 might be more accurate...

ValleyView Definetly out hit and played Frankhurt and played with alot more heart. The winning TD catch was questionable and i think incomplete from the film i saw. VV struck first with Brad Stark and Vince Watson leading the way. Vince had some good burst to the outside with some punishing blocks from Stark and Stark ran the ball like a truck using his good combination of power, speed and over all athletism effectively. Alex Adams led the Defence having the game of his life

for the sending 2 palyers to the hospital...you are wrong. only one went and that was just for precautionary reasons. you can never be too safe when there's a neck injury. As for the last TD, one of the receivers feet was in while being pushed out by #11 (Vince Watson i think it is)

As Coach Biggin said "We dodged a bullet"
We were not ready to play full out. It wasnt until the defense really got rolling and stopped Vallyview once and for all on the FH punt turn over deep in Hurts zone.
We players need to remember how to start and finish a game

if you think the last td by Amrit Dhaliwal of frank hurt was questionable there is game film on the frank hurt website that shows one foot was clearly in while he was pushed out go and check it out.

I believe that the game played on the weekend was a large challenge for both of the teams.. Though only 1 p[layer was taken to the hospital for a precaution, the fact remains the injury was serious enough that the coaching staff figured it best to be safe.. And as a total there were 6 players from Frabk Hurt requiring assistance off that feild. Though Valleyview did lose by the score board, the overall domination offensively aswell as defensively was a clear indication of a triumph. The 3 personal penalties acumulating up to 45 yards, aswell as the shortened 4 minutes for the last two quarters factor in the games outcome.. For the record, valleyview at position 25 yards away from Frank Hurts end zone just as the crucually shortened quarter ended. Contendors, I believe possible Champions, if not score board, at heart.
