Rutland Voodoo vs Burnaby Central Wildcats

Sat, Sep. 24 at 11:00A, Burnaby Lakes Burnaby Lakes

The Fanatic spread line:

Rutland+14 at Central-14 O/U 42

Final Score 8-7 for Rutland. This one is the shocker of the week folks. All defense in this one. Central has no offense to speak of so far, they don't have a chance in hell to contend for a playoff spot if they can't put points up against Rutland. Congratulations to Rutland for the victory, better savor it because it will be the only one they get all season.

Central needs a win here to put a W in the win column. Good thing Rutland is in town. Should be a confidence builder for Central to pummel at least 1 team. Rutland will go winless throughout the season.

they were goin for a pat, and a central player jumped offsides, so they decided to go for 2, and they got it....central drove the ball into the redzone quite a few times, btu they couldnt capitilize

Central's coaching is highly suspect.Whoever calls their plays is clueless.I feel for their players, riding a rudderless ship and sinking fast.

Most of the talent on this team is gr.11,yet they don't use them.Time to sit Pankratz, play Spencer and get some consistent receivers. This offensive-coordinator is a nobody. The kids deserve some decent coaching and a fighting chance instead of being lambs for the slaughter.

pankratz played terrible...lots of bad descisions needs to get back to basics of drop back and pass and not worry about running so much...very selfish carrying the ball most of the time, needs to spread the ball out more hes got good recievers in 31,13,24,42,and 32 the line gave him enough time he just needs to capatilize on the time he gets. sad loss for central but hopefully they can rebound next game. very solid defense tho by 44,32,66,88.

even if they do sit pankratz n play spencer...pankratz is gonna have to figure it out becuz spencer will be away for 2 of the clutch games against fox n pinetree...

pankratz is a great quarterback, and so is spencer, but i think pankratz is more suitable for the job because 1, hes more experienced, and 2 if u havent noticed, spencer has ran more then pankratz, dont get me wrong, they are both great quarterbacks, central just has to work as a team instead of individuals, i watched one of there practices and they had about 10-11 guys out the day before a game!!!, if central wants to get anywhere this year, they need to put some effort into what they do

spencer has run more than pankratz so that makes pankratz a better QB? that doesnt make sense...n pankratz has more highschool experience but its not like spencer hasnt played before...he played community in coquitlam for a few years...but ur rite bout one thing...central does need to start acting like a team or they wont win a game...
