Burnaby Central Wildcats vs Terry Fox Ravens

Fri, Sep. 30 at 7:30P, Town Center Stadium Coquitlam

The Fanatic spread line:

Central+14 at Fox-14 O/U 35

Final Score 25-0 for Fox. Neither team really performed really well. Fox should've blown out Central in the first half but had bad turnovers at opportune times. Didn't see QB Chaube throw it that much, and didn't look that great when they did air it out. Disappointed in the Central D, thought it was tougher, will have major problems when they face Cent and STM. Size is also an issue. Offense was worse, throwing into double coverage usually results in bad things. Should stick with the running game, it was actually working.

The rebuilding program for Central took a major step back last week with the loss to lowly Rutland. Couldn't really get any worse. If Fox dismantles Central, there will be a lot of questions being asked. On a positive note, Central's Defense is actually decent... Fox showed some life vs South Delta last week, but not much. Needs to be way better. With a much weaker Central conference than originally expected, Fox will still probably still limp to a playoff berth though.

If Fox does not take Central serious, look for an upset!

The strength of Fox is their defense, in particular, their DLine. With Central running their spread offense, much will rest on the shoulders of the Central OLine, and how much protection they can provide.
The Central defense should be a good matchup against a weak Fox offense.
    Should be a pick 'em.

Game after game we leave points on the feild. Its execution is what it comes down to. If we can play like how we can, we(fox) are just as tough as any other top 10 team.

I have coached against and with the Central coaches in the past and they do know their stuff! Obviously, last week's loss was disappointing. However they did play ND Huskies and Rick Hansen pretty tough!

You couldn't have coached with or against them before because they are all rookie coaches.Tough situation for them to be in,but, just like rookie players, they'll get better.

Actually, they aren't all rookie coaches. Some have been in the school program for three to five years as specialty coaches with Central and different programs and one had been in the community program for four years.
