The kids in question were all ruled eligible. The rumours of cheating were actually bullshit, it had nothing to do with the 4 kids situations. It had to do with school reconfiguration in North Delta.

take a trip to his house. he lives up the street from sands with his dad. his parents are divorced and he lives with his dad in north delta right by sands.
